Florian Selch is the CEO and Co-Founder of Masters of Supply Chain, a decision support network where 850+ supply chain executives and technologists participate to reduce risk, avoid costly technology mistakes, and accelerate successful AI transformation.

For more than a decade, Florian has worked at the intersection of supply chain, technology, innovation, and executive collaboration. Prior to founding Masters of Supply Chain, he led supply chain executive communities and leadership development programs at CHi Studios and held senior innovation and operational roles in the logistics and distribution industry in Europe.

Earlier in his career, Florian worked at NASA Ames Research Center, where he managed multidisciplinary engineering and research projects. He is passionate about connecting leaders and ideas to help organizations navigate change and turn emerging technologies into practical business value.
